Disney unveil their first black princess in The Princess and The Frog, the brand new animation featuring Anika Noni Rose and coming out on 11 December. The movie sparked several controversies before its launch. Critics were especially concerned that the Prince Charming was not an African American which conveyed the idea that a black couple was not an ideal.
